The Role: We need a Debt Collector who can confidently reach out to clients with overdue accounts and work out solutions to get those balances squared away. If you’re a natural communicator and love solving problems, you might be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Do:
Reach out to clients via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue accounts.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements that work for both the client and us.
Keep track of all interactions and update account records accurately.
Help resolve any disputes or issues that come up.
Work with the team to come up with smart collection strategies.
Make sure everything’s done by the book, following all relevant laws and guidelines.
