Job Description
Driving sales collection numbers daily.
Depth knowledge of the finance industry, mainly with the Loan platform.
Experience in Loan giving industries is preferred.
Maintaining accurate records and proper follow-ups.
Explaining our services to customers on Call.
Should have excellent spoken English, and Hindi.
Understanding customers' requirements and guiding them to choose a suitable service/product from our portfolio.
Must be good at communicating with customers and other teams about process issues.
Perseverance, Hard-working, and target-driven.
Generating sales with prospective customers.
Cash collection from Loan Defaulters.
To ensure recovery as per the assigned KRAs
Proactive in coming up with suggestions for policy changes on collections.
Maintaining proper Feedback on each contract and providing the same as and when requested.
Maintain MIS of recoveries done and their month/quarter/year-end status
Ensure adherence to SOP.
To adhere to the NBFC processes and procedures
To adhere to the Collection audit requirement

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
