Sr Collection Officer-Unsecured
Primary Responsibilities:
• Meet the Business Targets of Resolution, Rollback and Normalization Follow up for Settlement and Pre NDC Conversions
• Capture accurate Feedbacks and trails in Collection System 100% coverage on accounts Increase and provide appropriate Attempt Intensity on Accounts.
• Provide Accurate Reason Codes and feedbacks on Accounts Follow up on exception cases
