Full Time Total Remuneration $92,833 to $104,427 pa (including salary of $78,446 to $88,243 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
Part Time (0.6 FTE) Total Remuneration $55,700 to $62,656 pa (including salary of $47,067 to $52,945 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

CQUniversity’s School of Business and Law is seeking a College Administration Officer to provide a range of support to the school and management. You will coordinate and support academic processes including timetabling, processing of results, course accreditation, enrolment monitoring, and processing of grades.
You will have knowledge and experience using a range of business support software and systems, and effectively use your initiative to organise your time and ensure you complete tasks within timeframes. Your communication skills will be used as you liaise with stakeholders across the University and provide a high level of customer service to students. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-orientated individual with an administration background to join our team and make a difference to the lives of students! Position Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in using university operating systems (e.g. TRIM, Finance One, MS Office, Moodle) and business support software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email.
Ability to quickly acquire and apply knowledge of University policies, procedures, programs, and requirements.
Proven experience in delivering high-level administrative support and implementing streamlined processes within a fast-paced office environment.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a proven ability to draft professional documents and provide accurate advice and information.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a cooperative, team-based environment.
