GLOVIS America, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing major bodywork to restore vehicles to their original condition. This includes wet sanding and buffing after the refinishing process, as well as preparing vehicles for painting and utilizing light welding techniques for seamless repairs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Certification and Education
• Certified in auto body repair by an accredited technical college or certifying body
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Work Experience
• Minimum 2 years of body experience
• Experience in mechanical installation preferred
• Physical Abilities
• Ability to drive both automatic and straight shift vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to carry up to 50lbs
• Other Requirements
• Flexibility with schedule, including break times and extended hours, weekends, and holidays
• Valid state-issued driver's license without restrictions
