Description
Responsibilities:
• Polishing cutlery and glassware and setting tables for meal service.
• Greeting patrons and answering questions.
• Presenting menu information; suggesting options according to guest preferences.
• Taking and serving food & beverage orders in a prompt and professional manner.
• Relaying orders to kitchen and facilitating special dietary requests
• Following up with guest within 2 minutes in regards to quality of meal
• Providing ongoing service while clearing cutlery, plates, etc…from previous courses.
• Presenting final bill and collection payment
• Answering general guest questions and addressing concerns
• Communication any concerns regarding food quality to Restaurant Manager.

• Performing all duties in a safe manner according to established safe work practices.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, near misses and/or hazardous conditions.
• Other related duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 for the purposes of serving alcohol.
• 2 years' previous food service experience.
• General liquor and wine service knowledge and experience.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Well organized with have good cash handling skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Preference will be given to candidates with ProServe Certification.
Hours of Work: Days of the week vary according to business levels.
Shift vary between 6:00am – 2:30pm; weekends and holidays required.
