Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Match colours according to provided samples and specifications
Adjust colour formulations as needed to meet quality and finish standards
Prepare and mix colour batches accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of colour formulas and adjustments
Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure consistency across projects
Inspect finished products to verify colour accuracy and overall quality
Follow company standards and procedures to ensure consistency and precision
Identify and communicate any discrepancies or quality concerns
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has previous experience in colour matching, finishing, or a related field
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Is comfortable working with measurements, ratios, and basic calculations
Has experience using hand tools and power tools
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
Is able to work independently with minimal supervision
Is motivated, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
