Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Comfort A.C. Technician to join our team at Vortex IT Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Installation: Install new air conditioning and refrigeration systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This includes cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components.
• Repair: Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining issues and solutions, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service performed, including work orders and inventory of parts used.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and codes, ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Education: ITI in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or equivalent technical certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Skills: Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in HVAC systems and refrigerant handling are preferred.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients effectively.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
