Reports to: Head of Commerce

Expereince - 2 to 5 Years

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

What You’ll Do

 Lead strategic thinking and execution across digital commerce, communications, and

product go-to-market for key clients.

 Reimagine how brands show up in the new retail—where content, conversion, and

community are integrated.

 Translate commerce ambitions into actionable programs across marketplaces

(Amazon, Flipkart), D2C platforms, and emerging phygital formats.

 Collaborate with data scientists, media specialists, and creative teams to drive

seamless, measurable growth.

 Shape commerce strategy deliverables across media, merchandising, demand

planning, and inventory intelligence.

 Champion performance-driven brand-building by integrating awareness, intent, and

purchase journeys.

 Stay ahead of platform innovation and work with India’s leading eCommerce players

to pilot new formats and tools.

 Contribute to new business conversations, helping shape the future of our Commerce

practice.

Who You Are

 2+ years of experience in a strategy, insights, or client-facing role

 2+ years of hands-on eCommerce or D2C operations experience

 Demonstrated success in managing or executing programs on Amazon, Flipkart, or

branded websites

 Strong grasp of digital commerce KPIs, operations, and performance levers

 Curious, experimental, and always two steps ahead of the next digital shift

 Comfortable navigating ambiguity, building from scratch, and working in high

growth environments

 A clear communicator with a collaborative spirit and a bias toward action
