Commerce Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Subject Knowledge:

• Teach Business Studies topics clearly and effectively, including areas such as economics, marketing, management, finance, business environment, and entrepreneurship.

• Ensure the student understands core concepts through examples, case studies, and real-world applications.

• Create Lesson Plans:

• Prepare customised lesson plans tailored to the student’s curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, State Board, or University level).

• Set learning goals and track progress periodically.

• Assess Student Performance:

• Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and practice tests to monitor academic improvement.

• Provide constructive feedback and suggest areas for improvement.

• Exam Preparation:

• Help students prepare for school exams, board exams, or entrance exams with practice papers and revision sessions.

• Guide in solving previous years' question papers and time management strategies.

• Homework Assistance:

• Assist with school or college assignments, projects, and homework to ensure timely and quality submission.

• Doubt Resolution:

• Be available to clarify doubts and reinforce difficult concepts to ensure complete understanding.

• Motivation and Support:

• Motivate students to stay focused, develop study discipline, and build confidence in the subject.

• Create a supportive and positive learning environment.

• Communication with Parents/Guardians (if applicable):

• Provide periodic updates on the student’s progress and discuss ways to support learning outside of sessions.
