This is a 12 month fixed term, full time position in our East Tamaki office.

In this role you will:

Coordinate and manage a wide range of administration tasks to support the Commercial Operations team.
Actively manage Harvey Norman customer repairs & servicing.
Keep our customers updated of the status of their repairs and ensure this is completed within an acceptable timeframe while providing outstanding customer service.
Oversee the handling of damaged and faulty stock, ensuring to provide a timely resolution
Tag defective products and liaise effectively with service teams and suppliers to facilitate repairs or replacements
Initiate and process various claims accurately and effectively
Support department administrative functions, including tracking pending credits, managing claims, reconciliation and ensuring compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements
Assist in completing operational administrative tasks as needed
Generate and maintain weekly/monthly reports on faulty stock for review by the Proprietor
Participate in stocktake activities to ensure inventory accuracy
Actively manage Harvey Norman customer repairs & servicing.

The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:

Previous experience in a busy Administration role.
Ability to work with numbers.
Computer literate, including Microsoft office with good Excel skills.
Customer service champion with very strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly.
Persistent with a high level of work ethic and professionalism.
Experience with commercial products such as cookware, refrigeration, laundry, heating and audio visual goods (desirable but not required).
Professional demeanour, good sense of humour, down to earth, approachable and work well as part of a team.
Ability to work autonomously.
