We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled and reliable Commercial and Industrial Plumber to join our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
Work with a variety of plumbing systems including piping, fixtures, drainage, and waste systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with other trades and team members on larger projects.
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a plumber, specifically in commercial and industrial settings.
Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
Disconnect & Reconnect Certificate is desirable.
Working at heights & EWP certificates are desirable.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments and conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge in backflow prevention & TMV
