Job Opportunity: Commercial and Residential Cleaner (20+ hours per week, More for the Right Candidate)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial and Residential Cleaner to join our team on a subcontractor basis! This is a flexible position offering 20+ hours per week, with the potential for additional hours for the right individual. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in residential homes and businesses, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients across a range of suburbs from Wynnum to Parkinson.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all areas.
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to maintain a tidy, comfortable space.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
Follow instructions from homeowners for special cleaning requests.
Qualifications:
Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license (transportation required to travel to clients' homes).
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Trustworthy, reliable, and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Availability to work 5 days per week (Monday to Friday preferred).
