Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full administrative support on client projects and provide commercial support to the account team
• Handle client queries on projects and resolve commercial issues as they arise
• Contribute to the project development process and ensure full client satisfaction
• Use internal databases and softwares to manage projects
• Manage all client documentation and sampling related to submissions or sales
• Interface with client to provide elements necessary to the project teams
• Follow up and manage receivables from clients
You bring :
• - Customer focus with professionalism and high standards of work
• - Proactivity, initiative and impact oriented
• - Basic understanding of sales and marketing
• - Team player, strong networking skills, ability to get things done across different cultures
• - Numeracy and analytical skills with strong Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, xl, ppt)
• - Ability to cope with pressure, short timelines and multitasking
