As a Commercial Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Commercial Growth Managers to deliver great outcomes for our business customers. You will be managing the day to day running of the customer portfolio. This will include assessing and processing credit applications for commercial business loans, managing relationships with existing, new to business and prospective customers. You will provide tailored banking solutions to support their needs and enhance their success.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, eager to learn and continue to develop their skills and build a strong foundation in business banking.

Confidence in assessing complex financial risk and structuring lending solutions
Experience in Business or Commercial Banking, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and lending
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with range of people
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong relationship management skills, with a focus on building trust and adding value
