Deliver tailored financial solutions that help businesses grow and succeed
Prepare and present high-quality credit proposals for commercial lending
Meet and exceed revenue, margin, and cross-sell targets
Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and referral partners
Identify and convert new business opportunities in the local market
Who we’re looking for:
You’re a motivated banker with at least 2 years’ experience in relationship management or business development within commercial or business banking. You’re passionate about helping clients succeed, thrive on building connections, and are ready to make your mark in a high-growth region.
