Job Description
The Commercial Banking Leader is responsible for driving branch growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase branch deposit and loan volume.
• Manage and direct the work of retail staff, including performance evaluation, training, and compensation review.
• Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Represent the bank in community events to build relationships and promote the bank's presence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail banking or a related field.
