Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive transformation programs for major investment banks, addressing business, operational, regulatory, and digital shifts.
• Provide senior leadership on diverse consulting projects with substantial client engagement across the full trading lifecycle, covering Front, Middle, Back Office, and Technology & Operations.
• Oversee the development of tailored solutions by aligning client business and technology needs, and evaluating various architectures and delivery methods to fulfill specific client objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders in sell-side institutions, collaborating with clients to devise high-performance, future-ready solutions that enhance competitive advantage and long-term value.
• Monitor and anticipate industry trends and client requirements, crafting relevant solutions and executing impactful technology initiatives aimed at ensuring client success.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture high-performing teams across onshore and offshore delivery models while cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Drive business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, spearheading proposal initiatives, and contributing to the growth of Accenture's Investment Banking and Capital Markets practice.
Basic Qualifications:
• At least 10 years of robust leadership experience in Financial Services, particularly in Investment Banking, with proven expertise across the entire trading lifecycle and various products such as equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, and derivatives.
• A minimum of 7 years in external consulting or program management, leading major transformation projects at sell-side or buy-side firms, demonstrating a solid history of successful project delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives at investment banks, encompassing regulatory change, operating model redesign, and tech-driven transformation.
• Established leadership and expertise in digital assets and emerging financial infrastructures, like tokenized assets, crypto markets, digital custody, and distributed ledger technology.
• Experience advising senior executives on topics related to operational resilience, including operational risk, business continuity, third-party risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with executives across Front Office, Technology, Operations, and Risk sectors.
• Deep knowledge of the capital markets, including a comprehensive understanding of Investment Banking client segments, product classifications, and trading processes.
• Strong commercial background, particularly in shaping and leading business development and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capability to influence C-suite and board-level discussions.
• Experience managing large teams in both onshore and offshore environments.
• Proven ability to cultivate future leaders through effective coaching and mentorship.
• Adept at working both independently and as part of a leadership team.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management competencies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Familiarity with sell-side trading platforms and regulations, such as Murex or Calypso.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in professional environments, whether military or civilian.
• Experience fostering teamwork and collaboration in a professional context.
• Relevant certifications in the Investment Banking sector, including CFA® are a plus.

About The Role
