We’re on the hunt for a skilled, reliable Carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, knows their way around blueprints, and works clean and sharp — all while keeping pace in a fast-moving jobsite environment.
What You’ll Get:

Flexible schedule — mostly day shifts, but expect occasional overnights or weekends

Your Role:
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings without breaking a sweat
Handle all skilled carpentry tasks — door hanging, cabinet installs, trim, siding, flooring
Lay tile precisely, following layout specs
Jump in on roofing, framing, and general tenant improvement duties when needed
Move and handle materials safely every day
Coordinate smoothly with subs and other trades to keep projects on track
Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and professional — first impressions matter
Spot and solve construction issues before they become headaches
What We Need From You:
Proven commercial carpentry experience (or equivalent)
Comfortable reading blueprints and construction docs
Self-starter who works well independently or with a team
Strong grasp of commercial construction standards and safety
Physically ready to hustle — lifting, moving, standing all day
Clean, professional look and respectful attitude (medical and office spaces demand it)
Your own tools and reliable transportation
