Commercial Cleaning Subcontractor | Greater Brisbane
Pure Property Services is a premier cleaning provider across Brisbane.
Due to a significant increase in client referrals, we are seeking dedicated Subcontractor Cleaners to join our network and service our commercial and domestic portfolios.
We pride ourselves on excellence and reliability, and we are looking for professional partners who share those values.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: $37.00 per hour.
Consistent Volume: 15+ hours per week available immediately.
Early Starts: Primarily morning shifts starting from 7:00 AM.
Professional Support: While you run your own show, our experienced team provides initial site-specific guidance to ensure you meet our "wow factor" standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this partnership, you must be a fully independent professional with the following:
Valid ABN (Australian Business Number).
Proven Experience: At least 1 year in professional commercial or domestic cleaning.
Equipment: Your own reliable vehicle, commercial-grade cleaning equipment, and supplies.
Compliance: A current National Police Check and Public Liability Insurance.
Reliability: A commitment to punctuality and high-quality service delivery.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards across a variety of sites, including commercial offices, retail, manufacturing and body corporate properties.
This is a Subcontractor position, perfect for someone looking to fill their schedule with steady, reliable morning work.
