Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes, quality control measures, and project management principles. The Construction Administrator will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to maintain high standards of quality and compliance throughout the construction lifecycle.
Duties
Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and submittals.
Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and budgets.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Support project management efforts by tracking progress and reporting on key milestones.
Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Perform construction inspections to assess work quality and adherence to plans.
Maintain organized records of project activities, correspondence, and reports.
Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.

Experience
Proven experience in a construction administration role or similar position is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control practices, and inspection techniques.
Familiarity with construction estimating is advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
A background in quality inspection or related fields is desirable.
