Qualifications
Latitude is looking for an attorney with 7+ years of commercial contracting experience for a part-time to full time in-house remote engagement opportunity
Applicants should have experience reviewing third party paper and they must be able to start working right away
7+ years of experience reviewing commercial contracts
It is required that the attorney have experience working on third party paper
Experience working on vendor and subcontractor side of contracts
Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
Outstanding references
Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence

Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 or more
Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location
In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan
Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance
Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend
