Purpose of the position:
1) Making Invoicing & maintain Properly Record, Provide sales related data to Management, Accounts and Project Execution Team.
2) Provide data related to GST, Internal & External Audit to FCA team.
3) Clear on time all the transporter bill and forwarder bill thru ERP.
4) Timely dispatch
Tasks and contents:
1) Preparing Sales Invoice,
2) Preparing pre & post documentation of export shipment
3) Preparing purchase return Invoice
4) Get quotations of forwarder for export/local logostics
5) Verification of transporter bills
6) Preparations of scrap invoice
7) Monthly MIS to Quality department
8) Update monthly Sales report to FCA
+) Forward dispatch details to SCM
12) Follow up/for on time & proper filling of shipping bill in case cantations GST.T.
11) Bill of lading/certificate followup
12) Followup/for ontime & proper filling of shipping bill in case cantations GST.
