About the role
As Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting business performance through analysis, modelling, and strategic planning. You'll work cross-functionally to provide financial insights that influence growth, margin, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and support the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles
Deliver clear, actionable financial analysis to drive performance across business units
Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making
Build and maintain financial models across pricing, profitability, and scenario planning
Prepare monthly performance reporting, board packs, and executive dashboards
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and visibility
Support strong financial governance and risk management practices
About you
You are commercially minded, analytically strong, and confident working with senior stakeholders. You enjoy translating complex data into practical insights that drive results.
CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' experience in commercial finance (retail or FMCG highly regarded)
Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability
Experience with Power BI and/or ERP systems is highly regarded
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial insights clearly
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
