HVAC Field Technician – Commercial Service & Install
Location: Miami FL (Local travel across South Florida)
Pay: $25–$30+/hr (based on experience) + Overtime

You’ll work with a growing HVAC contractor supporting commercial buildings, facilities, and large systems, with consistent work, overtime potential, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Diagnose, service, and repair COMMERCIAL HVAC systems (RTUs, package units, split systems)
• Perform installations, system replacements, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
• Work on larger tonnage systems and commercial equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system performance checks
• Conduct airflow testing, balancing, and system optimization
• Perform brazing, soldering, and refrigerant handling
• Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and EPA regulations
• Communicate with internal teams and document service work accurately
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years of HVAC experience (commercial strongly preferred)
• Experience working with RTUs, package units, or large commercial systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (electrical + mechanical)
• Experience handling service calls independently (start ? finish)
• EPA 608 Certification (required or strongly preferred)
• Experience with chillers or cooling towers is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and system layouts
• Valid driver’s license required
