Expectations:
• Experience in a client-facing commercial broking role (minimum 5 years)
• CII Qualifications desired
• Active participant through each stage of the client life-cycle
• Confident in retaining clients and nurturing relationships
• Curiosity and enthusiasm in trying new methods of lead generation
• Thrive in self-managing own workload
• Technically proficient in Office365
• Open and transparent way of working
Key Skills:
• Problem-solving and generating out-of-the-box solutions
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Competent in chosen specialism(s)
• Consistent in professional development and updating Insurance-based knowledge
• Confidence in advising and negotiating with clients and underwriters
• Great collaboration skills
