About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Interior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and executing commercial interior projects that exceed client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Space Planning: Optimize layout for functionality, efficiency, and aesthetics.

• Client Consultation: Translate client needs and vision into practical designs.

• Design Development: Develop detailed designs that meet client requirements.

• Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and textures.

• Collaboration: Work with interior designers to ensure cohesive design.

• Project Management: Oversee the execution and ensure design accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

• 6-10 years of experience in commercial interior projects.

• Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D Max.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
