As a key member of our team, you will partner closely with business leaders and commercial teams to support partnerships and contractual negotiations across software, sales, technology, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on various technology agreements, transactions, and commercial deals

• Engage closely with stakeholders and provide ongoing supporting roles to deal work

• Collaborate with commercial teams to negotiate contracts and partnerships

Requirements

• 6-12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

• Background in technology and commercial deal flow
