Due to business growth, we are looking for a Commercial and Senior Commercial Lawyers to join our legal team and provide expert legal advice to small businesses navigating commercial, corporate, employment and regulatory challenges. The Role
Advise Clients: Provide expert legal guidance on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters, including business structuring, shareholder agreements, capital raising, and IP protection.
Engage with SMBs & Start-Ups: Work directly with entrepreneurs and business owners, delivering strategic legal advice that supports their growth.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work with our marketing and product teams to develop new legal products that make legal services more accessible.
Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Manage multiple clients and projects in a dynamic, evolving legal team.
