Role Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Professional to join our team at Quess Corp Ltd. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for managing critical litigation matters, including commercial, civil, criminal, employment, PF, and trademark laws.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and external authorities to achieve this goal. Your responsibilities will include handling critical litigation matters, managing potential litigation cases, and ensuring that the company's interests are protected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling critical litigation matters, including commercial, civil, criminal, employment, PF, and trademark laws
• Managing potential litigation cases and ensuring that the company's interests are protected
• Working closely with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and external authorities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 12-14 years of experience in the legal field, especially litigation/dispute resolution
• Sound knowledge in commercial laws
• Good knowledge of laws and drafting skills
• Thorough understanding of government tendering process
• In-depth understanding of how legal issues affect organisations
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas
• Ability to handle ambiguity
Estimated Salary: ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
