Qualifications & experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience at a commercial management level
Degree level qualifications in accounting, commerce, or relevant discipline
Holds current CA or CPA qualification (or an internationally recognised equivalent)
Working knowledge of contemporary commercial issues and practices
Demonstrated contract negotiation and management experience
Tasks & responsibilities
Contract Management:
Negotiation, compliance, renewals, and dispute management
Business Performance & Revenue:
Sales and pricing strategy, revenue analysis, performance analysis, and cost control and customer relationship management
Market Analysis & Development:
Market research and business development
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Aligning activities with business objectives
Risk Management:
Risk assessment, credit risk, and insurance management
Strategic Financial Management:
Long-term planning, investment analysis, asset management, and working capital control
