Full Job Description
Schedules site visits and completes follow up in a timely manner for all prospective leads.
Interface with clients and prospects to successfully define the parameters, lease terms, and limitations surrounding a possible lease, listing and related agreements.
Conduct credit checks, collect pertinent financial information, and perform necessary due diligence on prospective tenants and compile to present to appropriate parties.
Performs market research , updates online listing and presents ideas for generating traffic , pricing strategy y and closing deals.
Regularly walks the property to inspect building(s), ensuring a well-kept and professional appearance at all times.
Represent the company in a professional manner and attend networking events to secure new business contacts.
Rapport building with channel partners in generating leads l Maintain a tracking database of all portfolio leasing matters. l Coordinate with legal in drafting the lease agreements
