Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and managing all aspects of our commercial insurance clients' needs
This role requires an individual who is comfortable working in a demanding environment, managing multiple priorities, and utilizing their excellent customer service skills
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the seamless transition of new clients
Review and analyze clients' existing insurance coverage and provide recommendations for improvement
Oversee the renewal process for all assigned clients, including preparing renewal proposals and negotiating with carriers for the best terms
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters to manage claims and risk management issues
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide the best advice and service to clients
