Job Description
Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join a dynamic and expanding law firm who provide expert legal advice to their business clients across the region and nationally. With offices across the North West and hybrid working on offer, this job would suit those commuting from Preston, Chorley, Bolton, Wigan, Liverpool, Wirral, Manchester and Stockport areas. Role Responsibilities
This is a full-time permanent job role. The incoming Commercial Litigation Lawyer will have a high level of responsibility in the team and will be working on high value High Court cases. The quality of work is high calibre including international work with the team recently handling cases in European courts. The caseload will include the following matters:
• Shareholder disputes
• Restrictive covenants
• IP
• Brand protection
• Post-sale issues
Person Specification
We are seeking applications from Commercial Litigation Lawyers with a minimum of 4 year's PQE who are able to demonstrate the following:
• Excellent academics
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Commercially astute
• Flexible and collaborative approach
