Our client is seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigation Partner to join their team in Miami. Their litigators boast extensive experience in handling complex commercial litigation at both federal and state levels, providing world-class service and strategic counsel to a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts, including trial and appellate levels.
• Provide expert counsel on litigation avoidance and strategic legal planning to meet clients' business objectives.
• Represent clients in arbitration proceedings, hearings before self-regulated industry tribunals, and other alternative dispute resolution settings.
• Handle a broad spectrum of cases, including breach-of-contract claims, commercial class actions, and white collar criminal defense.
• Collaborate with internal resources across various practice areas, including transactional, regulatory, and labor/employment law, to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Exceptional courtroom skills and significant trial experience.
• Strong background in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
