ROLE: You will be reporting to a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Partner who has worked for many top-tier and magic circle firms both in Australia and internationally.
Alongside other specialists in the team, you will advise on:
Corporations Act Disputes;
High value Contract Disputes, particularly resources related;
Partnership and Shareholder disputes;
Construction Litigation;
Energy & Resources Disputes;
International Arbitration;
Consumer Law;
Intellectual Property and Technology Disputes;
Real Estate Litigation.
CANDIDATE: You will have a minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience in Commercial Litigation.
You will be eager to advance your career, currently positioned at an Associate or Senior Associate level.
