Job Description
Role: Overseeing acquisition of material and appointment of contractors to align with the company's budget, quality, and operational needs.
The role is a combination of a purchasing manager's procurement and negotiation skills and a commercial property manager's operational duties.
Education Qualification: Bachelors in Commerce or equivalent/ Supply Chain Management is preferred
Experience: 10-12 years
Reporting : General Manager
Responsibilities:
· Procurement strategy: Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet business goals, including identifying and evaluating new suppliers.
· Develop and execute purchasing strategies for projects, sourcing materials, equipment, and services.
· Management of relationship with Contractors : Source and onboard contractors as review their delivery as per KPI. Monitor invoices and as per services delivered
· Process and compliance: Ensure all procurement transactions comply with company policies, regulations, and audit requirements
· Purchase of technical equipment : Understand the requirement of internal teams and ensure timely and quality equipment
Inventory and demand forecasting: Work with other departments to forecast future needs, manage inventory levels, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
· Cost control: Monitor expenses and analyze market trends to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Experience :
· Proven experience in purchase and material management in the real estate industry
· Negotiation skill, organizational skills
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving
· Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.
· Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
