Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service across all retail units and maintaining inventory control.
• Leverage expertise in food and liquor sales, including licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Lead diverse teams in fast-paced settings, driving sales through pricing, promotions, and upselling.
• Enhance customer service and continually improve the retail experience by developing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and tracking financial performance.
The estimated salary for this role is £37,000 per annum.
