About the Role
TSA is expanding its capability to deliver major transport, energy, and infrastructure projects across NSW and nationally. We're seeking experienced Commercial Managers with strong delivery-phase expertise to manage complex contracts and drive successful outcomes on high-value programs.
You'll work client-side, embedded in delivery teams, providing hands-on commercial leadership across procurement, contract administration, claims resolution, and risk management. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team committed to adding value and making a positive impact on every project.
Key Responsibilities
Implement contract management plans and dispute resolution strategies aligned with best practice
Manage progress claims, variations, and invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual and legislative requirements
Develop and maintain commercial frameworks (payment schedules, KPI regimes, risk/reward models)
Provide strategic advice on procurement, risk allocation, and cost management
Build collaborative relationships with contractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders
About You
8+ years' experience in commercial management and contract administration on major infrastructure projects
Strong background in delivery-phase contract management and claims resolution
Experience with PPP, D&C, Alliance, Managing Contractor, and EPCM contract frameworks
Qualifications in engineering, commerce, law, or project management
Exposure to energy sector projects (renewables, transmission, enabling infrastructure) highly regarded
A collaborative team player who brings a proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
