Job Description:
We are looking for a professional who coordinates with our existing clients and executes the Contract as per the Contractual Terms & Conditions.
He / She will independently accomplish the Completion of the Project/Contract.
Commercial officer Responsibilities:
· Study the Contract.
· Initiate the start & Completion of the Contract.
· Co-ordinate with the various departments to ascertain the status and obtain the information & respond to clients requests during the execution of the Contract.
· Collect the payment as per the contract.
· Respond to Complaints from Customers and provide after sales support when requested.
· Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
