Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have experience in construction estimating and be familiar with industry standards and best practices
Previous experience as an estimator in the construction industry
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Familiarity with construction estimating software and tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of industry standards and best practices for estimating
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Position Overview

Our Denver Estimator is responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects. Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates
