Responsibilities
Our Denver Estimator is responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects

Review and analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
Prepare detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering suggestions
Ensure accurate and timely submission of bids to clients
Track and monitor project costs to ensure they align with estimated budgets
Communicate with clients and project teams regarding any changes or updates to estimates
Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and pricing for materials and labor

Position Overview

Our Denver Estimator is responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects. This role requires strong analytical and mathematical skills, as well as a deep understanding of the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction estimating and be familiar with industry standards and best practices. This position is vital to ensuring the success and profitability of construction projects in the Denver area.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
• Prepare detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering suggestions
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of bids to clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)
