Commercial Painting PM/Estimator

Position: Columbus PM/Estimator
Overview:
The Columbus PM/Estimator will oversee commercial painting projects in the Columbus area. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, estimating project costs, and generating new business through sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage commercial painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits and estimate project costs based on project scope and specifications
• Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure project expectations are met
• Generate new business through sales efforts and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Oversee re-painting and maintenance painting projects
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in commercial painting and project management
• Strong skills in estimating project costs
• Knowledge of different paint types and application methods
• Proven sales experience and ability to generate new business
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and contractors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
