Key Responsibilities
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial buildings, offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, understand plumbing system layouts, and install water supply lines, drainage pipes, and waste lines following building codes
• Install toilets, sinks, urinals, and faucets, and perform tasks that require proficiency in cutting, bending, and joining pipes with appropriate tools and techniques
• Work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods

Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years in commercial plumbing (Journeyman or Master License preferred but not required)
• Ability to follow local plumbing codes and site-specific safety protocols, inspect installations for quality and accuracy, and coordinate with other trades on construction sites
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
