Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter

Strong Group Recruitment are working on behalf of it's client who are currently looking for Commercial Plumber / Pipefitters around Hertfordshire, Essex, Greater London & Kent

Start Date: ASAP

Salary Bracket: £40,000 - £45,000 (Salary dependent on Gas Qualifications/experience)

Job Role & Responsibilities

Evaluate existing plumbing systems to identify potential issues.

Install first and second fix plumbing systems.

Repair and replace existing plumbing installations.

Diagnose leaks, blockages, and corrosion, proposing rectification solutions.

Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as basins, sinks, toilets, and showers.

Install, repair, and replace pipes, valves, basins, and other plumbing fixtures.

Troubleshoot drainage system issues and develop solutions.

Repair leaks in water supply lines, drains, or pipelines.

Install full plant rooms using copper crimped and screwed iron pipework.

Install heating and plumbing pipework for new builds and refurbishments.

Work on FM/Maintenance/PPM contracts as required, including filter installation, service, and repairs for heating systems, WCs, sinks, and above-ground drainage.

Install heating and plumbing pipework, radiators, warm air heaters, AHUs, pumps, water heaters, calorifiers, boilers, and air source heat pumps.

Experience in crimping, soldering, and screwed pipework installations up to 4".

Willingness to travel, as work locations vary across the South East.

Skills & Qualifications Required

NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing or Commercial Plumbing.

Commercial Gas Qualifications Preferred But Not Essential.

Ability to read schematic and layout drawings when required.

• Welding capability is an advantage but not essential.

SSSTS/SMSTS

DBS Certification

CSCS Card (Gold and above)

First Aid Training

PASMA and IPAF

Full Clean UK Driving License
