• Draft, vet, and manage various legal agreements, including leases and commercial real estate contracts.
• Stay updated on commercial real estate laws and advise on their impact on business operations.
Requirements:
• Masters degree in Law (LLM preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate legal management.
• Practicing Advocate in Goa preferred.
• Expertise in land due diligence, lease agreements, and commercial real estate laws.
