Due to expansion, our reputable Bromsgrove-based client is seeking to appoint a commercial property solicitor around 4-6 years PQE to join the firm in developing a commercial property offering within its Bromsgrove office. This is a full-time permanent role, with the opportunity for one day homeworking.
You will join as the sole commercial property solicitor within this office (though they do have a team spread across other offices), with the purpose of building, growing and developing the Bromsgrove offering. This will entail undertaking all commercial property work that comes into the department and harnessing and developing your own clients and contacts.
To be considered for this commercial property solicitor role, you must be at least 4 years PQE with a confidence in your own ability and strong business development and networking skills, along with being technically strong.
