Commercial Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties while building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs and objectives.
Conduct detailed market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and competitive properties.
Create and manage property listings, crafting compelling marketing materials and property descriptions.
Network to build relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals.
Organize and conduct property tours for potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiate favorable terms on behalf of clients for sales or lease agreements.
Prepare and review contracts, offers, and other legal documents related to transactions.
Oversee the entire transaction process to ensure timely and smooth completion.
Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices for continued improvement.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote commercial properties through various channels.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in commercial real estate required.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent networking abilities to build relationships within the industry.
A valid MahaRERA CoC License.
