Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial business, real estate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and must be proficient in Spanish
This role requires 2+ years of experience in the legal industry, with a focus on Florida laws and regulations
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney
Proficiency in Spanish is required
Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law and commercial business law
Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
Excellent legal research skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary $105,000 - $120,000 per year
Responsibilities
This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing a broad range of commercial real estate matters
Provide legal guidance and support on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development
Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret various real estate agreements and documents such as purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and loan documents
Conduct legal research and provide advice on various legal issues related to commercial real estate
Assist in Mergers & Acquisitions activities, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation
Manage relationships with external counsel, real estate brokers, and other business partners
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Provide training to the company on relevant legal issues, risks, and company policies
