Job Responsibilities and Skills –
• Managing real estate transactions from beginning to end for residential, builder, and commercial closings.
• Draft, review, and finalize purchasing agreements, lease agreements, and closing documents.
• Facilitating communication between all parties including clients, tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers, real estate agents, title companies, and other real estate service providers.
• Order, research, and review pertinent real estate documentation for each transaction. Including title, surveys, lien searches, estoppels, etc.
• Logging critical dates, creating checklists, and submitting accurate legal documents in a timely manner.
• Obtain funding approval from lenders, fund transactions, adhere to closing/escrow instruction letters, and deliver closing packages to lenders.
• Open, maintain, organizes, and close files in electronic form.
• Keep clients informed of progress and answer questions, when needed.
Requirements –
• A minimum of 3 years' related experience.
• Associate degree. Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification is highly preferred.
• Broad knowledge of real estate documents.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
